An exciting opportunity from April 2023, for a highly organised individual to join our small team supporting a single point of access for patients requiring the services of the Allied Health Professions (AHPs).
Supporting the musculoskeletal (MSK) physiotherapy team, podiatry, and orthotics Fife-wide, the hub supports multiple clinics and waiting lists remotely throughout Fife and handles approximately 34k patient calls per annum.
You will coordinate and lead the smooth pathway of referrals, clinic booking and clinician diaries. You must have experience of monitoring waiting lists and a knowledge of referral to treatment (RTT) waiting times.
A pleasant and approachable manner, excellent communication and listening skills and the ability to work under pressure is essential. You will be required to act as coordinator of a small team.
A level of flexibility is preferred in the event of sick leave etc.
A level of English language competency and communication skills necessary to perform this role safely and effectively is required. You should be educated to the equivalent standard grade or have relevant experience.
