An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic Community Mental Health Nurse to work within the Skye & Lochalsh area of the Skye Lochalsh & Wester Ross Community Mental Health team.

You will work within an Integrated Health and Social Care Team. 

You will be required to carry out assessments, care planning, care implementation and reviews and act as a care co-ordinator where appropriate for clients in the Skye & Lochalsh area.

You will need to demonstrate a broad range of clinical therapeutic work as well as being able to work both independently and within the multi-disciplinary team setting.

A full current, driving licence is essential and have access to own car for business purposes.

A Relocation package may be available for this post.
