An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Charge Nurse in Redburn Rehabilitation Ward, Ayrshire Central Hospital. 

Redburn Rehabilitation Ward is a busy 20 bedded Stroke Rehabilitation ward which covers North Ayrshire and East Ayrshire. The nursing team works closely with AHP colleagues to ensure patients have the best outcome possible by delivering person centred care and rehabilitation plans which include patients own rehabilitation goals. 

We require a motivated, dynamic and enthusiastic Senior Charge Nurse to provide leadership and continue to enhance this service. We require a Registered General Nurse with excellent leadership and communication skills, who is proactive, enthusiastic and forward thinking, to lead our team in providing high standards of person centered clinical care and rehabilitation to our patients.

You will lead in driving the Patient Safety, Patient experience and Care Assurance agenda with commitment to promoting excellence within this rewarding environment. 

You will aspire to lead the team to a shared vision whilst demonstrating the leadership qualities of both accessibility and visibility. You will have proven senior experience within an adult in patient environment and be able to demonstrate evidence of promoting and influencing a multi-agency approach to the delivery of care.

Hours: 37.50 per week
