The shift pattern for this position is day shift Monday to Sunday, 11.5 hour shifts.

To support the operation of our Acute Medical Unit at the Royal Alexandra Hospital,
we are actively recruiting for 2 Band 6 positions. Essential for the post(s) is significant experience of Acute Medical Receiving. Applicants should have a good knowledge of working in an Acute setting and have significant experience working as a band 5. Applicants should be committed to a progressive approach, be highly motivated, enthusiastic, kind, caring and hard working. You will be able to demonstrate that you are an effective communicator who works well within a team. The role will be as committed Charge Nurse taking coordination of the Unit regularly.  
The flexibility to work as the situation and service requires is an essential aspect of this post. You will be expected to work a flexible pattern which includes days, nights and weekend shift rotation.
