You will provide a comprehensive, confidential secretarial and administrative service to the Care Programme Approach (CPA) process.
You will be educated to HND level in Business Administration or equivalent proven Administration experience. You will have proven secretarial experience working at a senior level with advanced keyboard skills and minute taking experience. You will possess a recognised IT qualification as well as having a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages (Outlook, Word, Teams, Excel and PowerPoint). Previous experience of working in an NHS environment with an understanding/experience of NHS inter-disciplinary networks is advantageous. You will also have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and have the ability to work effectively and efficiently as part of a team. You will have excellent communication skills and proven ability to effectively manage own time and work independently to a high level.
Hours: 18.75 per week, working Monday & Tuesday, 9.00 am to 5.00 pm and Friday 9.00 am to 12.45 pm.
A car driver is essential as you will be required to travel to various bases and locations within Ayrshire & Arran to minute CPA review meetings.
