We are recruiting to our Scheduled Care Head of Access post.
Reporting to the Chief Officer, Acute Services you will provide expert knowledge and leadership to our patient scheduled care access and waiting times improvement agenda. You will have responsibility for the continued development and implementation of our scheduled care recovery and remobilisation plans, developing effective governance and monitoring systems to provide oversight and assurance of our performance against national access targets.
If you have significant and demonstrable leadership experience in a role requiring strong influencing skills, planning and performance management, and can showcase expertise in scheduled care, adept in DCAQ and improvement skills within a complex environment, and you are interested to find out more, please contact:
