Provision of day to day operational management of the patient experience sub-team in the overall management patient experience feedback and activities.
Responsible for the delivery of training and education related to patient experience to all levels and professions within the organisation and to new members of the Patient Experience Team to ensure appropriate handling and compliance with policy.
