This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual to join the management team as Programme Manager for Urgent & Unscheduled Care in Dundee Health & Social Care Partnership.

Evidence of prior leadership and management experience, innovation, clinical governance and excellent communication and interpersonal skills required. You will have support from the senior management team and work closely with the Associate Locality Manager aligned to Acute & Urgent Care work streams. You will develop strong links and work closely with services both within the Partnership as well as in NHS Tayside and other partner agencies. While this role is specific to Dundee, there will be an opportunity to work collaboratively across Tayside wide and the post holder will be required to represent DHSCP on national groups.

This role is vital in delivering the Scottish Government Urgent and Unscheduled Care vision within Dundee. Strong Leadership is required and interaction with internal and external stakeholders is essential to ensure collaborative working across the health and care system to support the delivery of high quality person centred care.

 This is an excellent development opportunity for an experienced individual who has Programme Management experience and has a working knowledge of clinical and social care services, development of patient pathways, service planning and for this particular post knowledge of urgent and unscheduled care services.
