An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Charge Nurse to join us at Tayside Children’s Hospital.
The post holder should demonstrate excellent organisational, clinical and team building skills. The Senior Charge Nurse has a pivotal role in ensuring care delivery is of the highest standard to our children, young people and their families, in partnership with all members of the multi professional team.
We are seeking an individual with advanced leadership and management skills to promote best practice and person-centred cultures within Tayside Children’s Hospital.
We invite RSCN / Registered Nurse Child applicants with extensive experience in an acute setting; with ability to work using own initiative. You will demonstrate a confident, flexible approach with excellent time management and prioritisation skills.
Hours of work - 37.5 hours over 5 days.
You must be registered on Sub-part 1: RN1 or RNA or Sub-part 2: RN2 of the NMC Register
