We require a motivated and skilled individual to provide a quality clerical support to our sexual health department within the Women and Children’s Directorate.  The post holder will be expected to undertake professional and confidential clerical duties within the Unit and have good working knowledge of word processing and Microsoft Office, together with general administrative skills.

Duties vary and will include reception duties, filing, and photocopying. Entering and retrieving information via computerised systems, liaising with other departments by telephone and face-to-face. 

Candidates should have excellent communication skills with good interpersonal skills, the ability to prioritise workload, have an approachable disposition and be used to working as part of a team.  Flexibility with working hours is essential, including evenings and will be required to work in various locations within Forth Valley.

Training and support will be given to the successful applicant.

The duties of this post require the successful candidate to complete a Standard Police Act Disclosure Scotland Check.
