An exciting, temporary, opportunity has arisen to support the Queen Elizabeth National Spinal Injuries Unit with their annual report. The preferred candidate will be responsible for compiling annual data for the department relating to patient outcomes and experiences for the National Services Division (NSD). The post holder will also support wider administrative duties within a National service and be responsible for developing an annual report guidance document and associated training for colleagues. Applicants must have prior experience of NSD audit and report writing. You will be the first point of call for enquiries relating to the annual report and will liaise closely with clinical colleagues to prepare audits for NSD. You must have a recognised qualification in secretarial studies or equivalent experience along with a significant level of NHS/Public Service administrative experience. It is essential that the post holder has a good working knowledge of software systems, excellent organisation and communication skills and have a good understanding of Freedom of Information, Caldicott Guidelines and General Data Protection Regulations. The post is offered on a temporary, part time basis and will be based within the Queen Elizabeth National Spinal Injuries Unit although home or hybrid working will be considered.
