About the Role:
The eESS Assistant will primarily be responsible for entering and maintaining transactions in the eESS System (Electronic Employee Support System).  It is a varied role that requires a level of expertise in the processing of staff new start/changes and leavers to agreed quality standards and timelines.


About you:
Can you work in keeping with our CORE values of Compassion, Openness, Respect and Excellence? We are looking for someone who can demonstrate a broad technical understanding of eESS and who has an understanding of the various modules that the system is built on.  You will need to have excellent interpersonal skills and be proactive in building collaborative relationships with key internal and external networks.  The ideal person will have experience in working under pressure and managing multiple priorities, so time management skills are key for this role.


About the Team:
The eESS Team comprises 1 eESS Team Leader, 1 eESS System Administrator and 3 eESS Assistants and they provide support to the whole organisation in relation to the day-to-day operation of the eESS system.   Currently the team are hybrid working between home and a work base at Mountainhall Treatment Centre.   Flexible working options are available.  The role can also involve travel within and occasionally out with the region.
