An opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Secretary to join the team in Cancer Services at the University Hospital Wishaw

The post holder is required to provide a full administrative and secretarial service to a multi-disciplinary team including the management of information systems and the coordination of the clinical referral system.

KNOWLEDGE, TRAINING AND/OR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED TO DO THE JOB:

RSA3/SVQ3/NC in Secretarial Studies or equivalent.

Proficient IT Skills which include a working knowledge of Microsoft office packages.

Excellent organisation skills and the ability to prioritise and work on own initiative.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Excellent time management skills.

Ability to work under pressure.

Secretarial experience in an equivalent position.
