NHS Ayrshire & Arran are seeking an enthusiastic self-motivated individual with a keen interest in developing their Quality Improvement (QI) skills and knowledge. You will be part of the QI team and play a key role in driving and supporting improvement and quality using validated QI methodology and tools. You will be involved in promoting and supporting the Scottish Patient Safety Programme (SPSP) agenda with a particular focus on the current SPSP Falls/Deteriorating Patient collaborative.

This post is offered as a substantive post and you will be offered further development of your QI knowledge and skills which will include the opportunity to apply for the Scottish Improvement Leadership Programme and mentoring by experienced staff within the QI team.

A full Driving Licence/access to a car is required for this post.
