This is an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse to join the Community Nursing Complex Care Team.
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic nurse who will work alongside the Team Leader and established registered nurse to ensure continuity of person centered, safe and effective holistic care to patient and support both family and carers within a home/community setting.
Due to Health and Social Care integration, a commitment to multi disciplinary working with the ability to adapt and manage change within the service is essential.
Nursing Care is required over 24 hour period working a variety of shifts within this period including nights, weekends and public holidays.
Ability to travel across Dundee and the surrounding areas is essential.
You must be registered on Sub-part 1: RN1 or RNA or Sub-part 2: RN2 of the UK NMC Register
