 Please note this is a part time 18.75hr post and the salary for this position will be pro-rata.


The successful post holder will assist the Public Health Nurses by contributing to the work of the Public Health Agenda, through participation in the Health Improvement process, assessment of health needs and provision of planned care, to individual families or groups within school and wider communities.


Registered Nurse with valid NMC Registration

The post holder will be required to demonstrate excellent team working skills with the ability to work using own initiative

Effective listening, communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work with people and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Excellent time management skills

Working knowledge of basic information technology
