ADVANCED NURSE PRACTITIONER
Salary depending on experience (£42872 - £50719 pro rata)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our team. We are completely negotiable on the number of hours worked per week and may be able to offer some flexibility on how these hours are structured.
We are a well established, friendly practice which currently consists of:-
2 full-time G.P. partners, 1 part-time G.P. partner, 1 salaried G.P., 1 Practice Nurse and a very experienced admin team. We also have the services of Care Home A.N.P.s, Mental Health Nurse, Practice Pharmacist and shared use of Treatment Room and phlebotomy services.
The ideal candidate should possess a wide range of knowledge. They will be competent in showing independent clinical decision-making, triage, clinical assessment, diagnosis, clinical management and treatment. The candidate should be a registered non-medical prescriber. Experience in Chronic Disease Management would also be an advantage. Delivery of this advanced level of care will be both face-to-face and telephone appointments. Home visits will also require to be undertaken as necessary.
We pride ourselves on the stability and commitment from the whole team and we do not have a high staff turn around. We have adopted an extremely friendly and flexible approach to our work and have a very informal attitude whilst providing a high level of service to our patients.
