Care Navigator (Full or Part Time)
Salary £19576 - £21120 pro-rata depending on experience
We are expanding our care navigation team and have an exciting opportunity for someone to join our friendly and supportive team to help maintain the high standard of care given to our 8500 patients. The position can be filled by one full time or two part time candidates, however you must be prepared to start work at 0800 and/or finish at 1800 to fulfil the requirements of the role.
Main duties include dealing with patients in person and on the telephone and helping them with their requests accurately and efficiently as well as administrative tasks including maintaining and entering accurate clinical data.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills as well as strong interpersonal and organisational skills and the ability to work as part of a team. Previous experience as a care navigator/receptionist in a medical practice is desirable but not essential as full training will be given.
