To provide clinical leadership to the Regional Learning Disability Managed Care Network for the East region through:
Provision of clinically expert advice across the MCN work streams to constituent members and wider stakeholders
Provision of advice and support to the development of person centred services from a clinical perspective to people with Learning Disability in line with national policy, standards, legislation and the clinical evidence base.
Working in partnership with the MCN Senior Management Team and supporting the ongoing development of the shared vision and coherent strategic direction for the LD MCN
Working in partnership with the MCN Senior Management Team and the local representatives to support regional implementation of the Models of Care framework.
Provision of advice and support to the development of a quality improvement and audit framework and development and monitoring of relevant clinical quality standards to be implemented in partnership with local representatives.
