An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Admin Team Lead / Project Support Officer to join NHS Tayside’s Digital Admin Office.
NHS Tayside has recently developed their Digital Strategy and at the heart of this lays an ambition to develop a modern Electronic Patient Record (EPR), alongside modernising the application and technical estate.
This is an exciting time to join NHS Tayside’s Digital Directorate as it will play a key role in supporting the ambitions set out in this new strategy.
As the Admin Team Lead you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of centralised functions across the Directorate, Line managing the Admin Support Officers in driving efficiency and cohesion across all the teams in the directorate.
What we are looking for:
You should have knowledge admin processes, procurement processes, project management processes, excellent communication skills and have capabilities in the following areas:
- Delivering, improving, interrogating, and monitoring information
- Project Support duties including ability to record and monitor complex project information
- Working to deadlines
- Planning and organising meetings and minute taking
- Use of Microsoft Office Suite
What we will give you:
The post holders will have a degree of autonomy within their role, reporting to the Strategic Delivery Heads of Service
This is a permanent, full-time post (37.5 hrs per week) within the Digital Directorate, currently based at Maryfield House, Dundee; however location may change in the future.
We aim to provide an environment that encourages work/life balance and there is some flexibility in team remote working on a partial basis.
Your performance must comply with the national “Mandatory Induction Standards for Healthcare Support Workers in Scotland” 2009; and with the Code of Conduct for Healthcare Support Workers.
