Special care dental nurse  - band 5 - special care qualification essential 
registered dental nurse with special care experience looking towards the special care qualification will start on a band 4 
Band 5 Salary £28,384 - £35,365pro rata  part - time 30hrs per week 
Band 4 - £25,914 - £28,187 per annum pro rata
 We are looking for a GDC registered Dental Nurse to work in a variety of settings within the special care department includng raigmore, RNI, Newcraigs, Nairn and youwill be required to work in a voariety of dental settings 
You will require to have the following , National Examination for Dental Nurses/Modern Apprenticeship Dental Nursing  Level 3.  National Examination for Special Care Dental Nursing is essential 
National Examination for Conscious Sedation Dental Nursing  - desirable   
Significant clinical experience post qualification in a variety of settings.
Thorough knowledge of all aspects of delivering dental services to vulnerable adult and child groups.Good understanding of the services and departments within the acute care setting, how they function and interact
Clinical requirment is required as part of your GDC registration for this post
You will also be required to work in other locations if required to cover in a  variety  of dental services .  Excellent interpersonal, organizational and IT skills are essential.  Full current driving licence and use of car for work purposes is desirable.
