An opportunity has arisen in the Woman and Children Directorate. This is an exciting time for all the services represented by the directorate; Maternity, Neo natal, Paediatric, Children and Adolescent Mental Health and the Neuro developmental Assessment service.
The post will provide senior management to support clinical excellence for the standard of specialist mental health provision across CAMHS in NHS Highland (excluding Argyll and Bute) and neurodevelopmental assessment provision across NDAS as part of the Women and Children`s Division. The postholder will provide strategic leadership for CAMHS and NDAS services enabling delivery of objectives and maintenance of a robust performance management framework. The postholder will work collaboratively with the CAMHS and NDAS management team to achieve the objectives of NHS Highland Health Board the delivery of complex service development agenda within existing governance arrangements and responding to national policy.
Candidates will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a proactive approach. An ability to take forward divisional projects, working with teams in regards the daily operational management and also have a high level of motivation.
They will require a high level of organisational skills, negotiation and ability to complete on work within set timescales, compiling reports and presenting business cases in relation to service development.
