Job Advert

We are looking for a number of Data Assistants to immediately start within our expanding Central Rostering Team, based in the Workforce Directorate’s HR Service Centre.

eRostering is being rolled out to all wards and departments in NHS Grampian and will ensure that clinical and non-clinical staff are rostered effectively so that the right staff are in the right place at the right time to deliver safe and effective patient care.

As a Data Assistant in the team you will primarily be responsible for the input of data into the eRostering system and the Scottish Standard Time System (SSTS).

Applicants should have a good standard of education, this being 5 National 5 qualifications or 5 Standard Grades at credit level, or relevant equivalent experience in an administration environment. Good communication skills are required, as well as a good command of the English language.  You will have the ability to maintain high standards of accuracy whilst working to strict deadlines.

We would consider full time or part time hours, on a fixed term basis until 30th September 2023.

Interviews will be held during the week commencing 24th April. It is anticipated that successful candidates would commence employment shortly thereafter.

Time is extremely precious at the moment within the NHS, please allow us to use our time as best as we can by only applying if you meet as a minimum all of the essential elements of the person specification. You must evidence your skillset within your application. Only those who meet all aspects of the job description and essential criteria on the person specification are invited to apply.
