An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Mains Care Home for a highly motivated and experienced practitioner. The post of Deputy Manager is essential to the safe and effective delivery of high standards of care for residents staff and families. This is a challenging but rewarding post which provides a perfect development opportunity for those considering a career progression into management role.
Candidates must be able to work flexibly , be able to lead shifts with residents and undertake management duties. Previous experience in care home setting is essential along with PDA Medication or equivalent. For more details please refer to the Job Description.
