This is a Fixed term contract for 15 months.
This is a fulltime post with a shift pattern of core hours Mon-Fri 0830-1630, includes 5 over 7.

An opportunity is available for suitable Occupational Therapy candidate for a 15month fixed term contract into Neuro Rehabilitation Service (NRS), Inverclyde. This could be a secondment with the support of current line manager. If applying for this post as a secondment this should be discussed and agreed with your line manager before applying.
We’re looking for a highly Specialist Occupational Therapist keen to develop their career in Neuro Rehabilitation through clinical leadership of this combined inpatient and community delivered rehab service. There is a majority proportion of clinical occupational therapy work, teaching and supervision and there will be a small proportion of leadership along with other senior level AHP staff within the team under the guidance of Chief AHP for Regional Services.
The NRS, Inverclyde team works closely with the Neuro Rehabilitation Unit at the QEUH and it will be important to foster good team working and communication to establish a unified service. Travel between the 2 facilities will be infrequent but a car driver is essential.
Applicants should have a minimum of 7 years’ experience with significant knowledge and skills in Neuro Rehab and management of long term conditions.
