1x 21.5 hour post available and 1x 16 hour post available

We require a motivated and skilled individual to provide a quality clerical support to our sexual health department within the Women and Children’s Directorate.  The post holder will be expected to undertake professional and confidential clerical duties within the Unit and have good working knowledge of word processing and Microsoft Office, together with general administrative skills.

Duties are varied and will include various reception duties in Stirling Community Hospital, Falkirk Community Hospital, Forth Valley Royal Infirmary and Clackmannanshire Health Care Centre.  Other duties include filing, photocopying, entering and retrieving information via computerised systems, liaising with other departments by telephone and face-to-face and pulling case notes in the Forth Valley Health Records Department in Burnbank. 

Candidates should have excellent communication skills with good interpersonal skills, the ability to prioritise workload, have an approachable disposition and be used to working as part of a team.  Flexibility with working hours and ability and willingness to travel throughout the area of service delivery is essential for this post.

This post includes evenings and will be required to work in various locations within Forth Valley.
