This is a great opportunity to be part of a supportive and friendly administration team in Psychological Services which is a service that has a strong focus on staff well-being.

We are looking for a person with excellent oral and written communication skills.  You must have a good working knowledge of a Patient Administration System e.g. Trakcare, and excellent knowledge and experience of using an audio typing system, e.g. G2.

You will have a pleasant and helpful manner and work well using your own initiative as well as part of the team.  Excellent keyboard skills, considerable experience of common software packages e.g. Excel, and an ability to prioritise work are also required.
