This is a temporary post of 12 months.

The shift pattern for this position is 5/7 (normally Monday-Friday).

This is a great opportunity for Registered Dietitians to gain experience via  rotational posts within NHSGGC Adult Acute Dietetic Service (AADS). The successful candidate will be based within the acute hospitals across NHSGGC, contributing to effective and evidence based core clinical services within the gastro/medical and surgical teams on an in and out-patient basis.

You will be supported in your professional development by Band 6, 7, and Practice Development (PD) Dietitians.

There will be the opportunity to work within a shared caseload, integrally with dietetic support workers, and will contribute to student practice placement.

Applicants’ minimum requirements are education to Bsc Dietetics, registration with the Health Care Professions Council (HCPC) and Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) membership scheme.
