Where We Are:

Our Regional Centres are located at Hillington, Cardonald, Clydebank, South Queensferry, Dundee and Aberdeen. This role can be based at any of our West Regional Centres. NHS 24 also supports Hybrid Working.

This Role: Senior Business Analyst 

NHS 24 is at an exciting time of transformation and is looking to recruit a Senior Business Analyst who has the creativity, experience, skills, energy and commitment to lead the technology development in respect of requirements capture and requirements analysis, creation of complex design models and functional requirements specifications to enable the development of all NHS 24 Technology systems and related processes; providing technical direction, leadership and expertise for all stakeholders, professionals, and staff across the whole of NHS 24 as well as developing the design components in respect of NHS 24 operations, the NHS 24 Strategy, and the Technology Roadmap.

As a Senior Business Analyst you will provide effective management of Technology Business Analyst Team activities, professional development of Business Analyst staff as well as ongoing development of the Business Analysis Team processes.

You will ensure NHS 24’s IC&T service meets business objectives through the selection, liaising and management of suppliers to ensure contract obligations are met and that all developments to all NHS 24 Systems and infrastructure adhere to NHS 24 and NHS Scotland policies, standards, procedures and relevant legislation.

Qualifications & Experience

​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Educated to Degree level or possess the equivalent knowledge and experience.

Working patterns

37.5 hours, Monday to Friday.
