The shift pattern for this position is Monday – Friday 9-5
An exciting opportunity has arisen for two fixed term eHealth Project Support Officers in our NHSGGC eHealth Strategy & Programmes Team.
- You will work as part of the national LIMS (Laboratories Information Management System) Implementation Programme Team to deliver a major digital programme of work across multiple NHS Boards in NHS Scotland. Working closely with healthcare, laboratory, technical and programme/project professionals across multiple Boards you will contribute to the smooth daily operation and running of the programme and project activities.
- You will have experience of assisting with the planning, monitoring and delivery of projects as part of the wider programme of work, ensuring that appropriate project management controls are in place. You will support the programme governance structures including the provision of secretariat services.
- You will be able to demonstrate relevant experience of project officer roles within health or a similarly complex working environment.
- You will have experience of working with a broad range of stakeholders. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
