The post holder will provide a full range of centralised administrative and clerical services to support the Family Nurse Partnership across the seven teams within Greater Glasgow & Clyde. This will include general administration, clerical, data entry and typing services. The post holder requires experience in Microsoft Office Packages and be able to prioritise their workload and work on own initiative.  The post holder must show knowledge of working in an office environment and of operation of office equipment and systems, this may be through formal training or work experience.  

The post holder will work within clearly defined protocol and procedures, adhering to Board policies e.g. Health and Safety, Data Protection and Confidentiality.   

This post will be based within one of the FNP GGC sites and candidates preferred base will be discussed at interview, there will be some travel expected across the FNP GGC bases.
