Health Intelligence Analyst
Part-time, 18.75 hours per week
Fixed Term/Secondment for 12 months
Agenda for Change Band 6 - £37,831 - £46,100 per annum (pro rata)
We require an individual to support the work of the Suicide Review Group within the Health Intelligence Team of the Public Health Directorate. The post holder must be able to demonstrate a strong recent track record in social science research, experience in information retrieval and management. Experience of effective negotiating and influencing skills in order to support, facilitate and maintain effective partnership working with colleagues representing different organisational cultures and agendas is essential.
You will have gained this specialist knowledge and experience of epidemiological, analytical, and statistical techniques and procedures through a degree level qualification, or equivalent experience. You must be able to demonstrate additional relevant specialist knowledge acquired through training and relevant experience to postgraduate diploma level, or equivalent.
The ability to travel throughout Tayside is required for the post.
