Responsible for the provision of administrative duties and the collation and monitoring of data within the Haemophilia & Thrombosis Centre at Glasgow Royal Infirmary (GRI) which when reported ensures a cost effective and comprehensive service for patients with bleeding disorders. This post supports the Operational Manager and is necessary to facilitate a home delivery programme of treatment for haemophilia patients as well as the monitoring of treatment to patients within the hospital setting.
To ensure accurate and timeous data entry to help facilitate monthly reports in an environment of high cost and in which deadlines have to be met and accurate projections made on an annual basis. This data is also used to report to various internal and external data sources as required by National and UK Haemophilia Guidelines
