The Scottish Ambulance Service is looking to recruit an experienced and enthusiastic Organisational Development (OD) practitioner with creative flair, who is passionate about developing others and driven to make a difference at work.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a small team of OD Leads across Scotland with expertise to design and deliver organisation-wide development programmes and OD initiatives that develop our organisational culture, build our leadership capacity and capability, progress talent management & development initiatives, improve our staff experience to support the delivery of corporate priorities. This specific post will cover the East Region of Scotland with a particular focus on further developing our staff experience in the Scottish Ambulance Service, so we are looking for someone with expertise in this area.
This is a role for someone who dares to be bold, challenge the status quo and is courageous in trying out new ways of doing things. The applicant will be a skilled communicator, able to lead and influence others, be a strong team player with a track record in enabling organisational change. Demonstrating our values and treating others with kindness and compassion are central to the success of this team.
The team operates in a complex and unpredictable environment that requires a high level of personal resilience and ability to be flexible and adaptable to organisational requirements.
