PATIENT SERVICES CO-ORDINATOR

Full time

Hours negotiable

Monday - Friday

£26,652 - £32,061 per annum


Albyn Medical Practice is looking to recruit a Patient Services Co-ordinator to join our busy team and help maintain the high standard of care given to our patients.

Candidates should have excellent interpersonal skills, a good telephone manner and the ability to multi-task.  Relevant experience of dealing with the public and a competent level of keyboard/IT skills are essential.   

Candidates will be expected to develop, organise and manage the day to day delivery of services to our patients. You will be responsible for leading and line-managing the reception team. You will work closely with the Partners, Practice Manager and senior team members to help deliver services to our patient population. Experience in general practice is essential
