1 full time permanent post.

The post holder will support the operational management of the Band 3 Phlebotomists as they carry out venepuncture interventions which may be either domiciliary or clinic based. The post holder will support the staff through the induction process and support the ongoing assessment and development of the Band 3 Phlebotomists. The post holder will work under the direction and supervision of the Band 6 coordinator and will be expected to ensure that processes are followed and that a high quality service is delivered.
