We are looking for an individual to lead on the development and running of the Fife Simulation Training Centre at the Queen Margaret Hospital. It is also envisaged the Simulation Centre Manager will become involved in the delivery of the teaching. The post holder will be involved in the delivery of high fidelity medical simulation and human factors training for medical, nursing, and allied health professionals working throughout the NHS Fife organisation and wider healthcare organisations in Fife. Furthermore, the post holder should have excellent organisation, communication and administrative skills to ensure the new centre is run effectively and efficiently.
You will be working 22.5 hours per week, over 3 days. Please note the salary for this post is pro rata to part time hours.
