This is a fixed term post until 24th September 2020.


The Queen University Hospital and for Children campus provides a wide range of local, regional and national health services, many of them relocated from previous locations across Greater Glasgow and . To meet increased travel demand from patients, visitors and staff, significant investment was made to enhance and extend public transport service, infrastructure, and other sustainable travel options. You will work as part of a travel planning team to ensure an integrated approach to supporting public transport  and sustainable travel across Greater Glasgow and .  Working with the support of the Travel Planning and Systems Manager, and with other stakeholder partners, you will market and promote long term viability of public transport services support changes in travel behaviour of staff, service users and communities.  You should have insight, knowledge, understanding and awareness of public transport, sustainable travel and related issues, with the ability to work independently, as part of a team, and with a diverse range of stakeholders. Good communication skills are required for this post. You should be proficient in the use of Microsoft using Microsoft office systems and similar applications. Although based at the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital you will at times be required to work at other sites.


The hours of this post are worked Monday to Friday.
