This is an exciting time in NHS Highland.  To support the organisation’s strategy to move to a full Electronic Patient Record (EPR) across Health and Social Care, the eHealth Department is looking to recruit a Clinical eHealth Facilitator to join their Clinical Applications team.

Working with healthcare professionals across the Board, the postholder will provide specialist facilitation, support and guidance in the implementation and adoption of new technologies and systems.

We are looking for a highly motivated, innovative and ambitious individual with excellent communication skills and a clear understanding of the importance of customer service.  The ability to empathise, enthuse and motivate colleagues as they adapt to resultant change to business and organisational processes, is key.

Applications are invited from clinical and non-clinical individuals who would like to develop their knowledge and skills in the use of information technology to support colleagues make use of new and developing IT initiatives.
