An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Physiotherapist to join our small, enthusiastic and talented team based in Blairgowrie Community Hospital.
The supportive team are looking for aPhysiotherapist who is keen to be part of a forward looking service and who will promote Physiotherapy, providing high quality assessment and rehabilitation, as well as supporting development of the service.
The main caseload will be within the Blairgowrie area, but some cover will be required across the North Locality. Applicants should possess good communication and decision making skills, and have a positive approach to multidisciplinary team working as well as being able to work autonomously.
You will take responsibility for a designated clinical caseload incorporating in-patients, domiciliary, and rehab Outpatients. You will work within multi-professional teams to ensure co-ordinated care for patients and carers. You will also be required to delegate tasks to Physiotherapy Support Workers and occasionally to support students on clinical placement.
You will be fully supported by senior staff, with supervision, appraisal and regular CPD opportunities.
Applicants must be registered with HCPC and have the ability to travel.
