MATERNITY LOCUM GENERAL PRACTITIONER
Muiredge Surgery, Buckhaven is situated in the heart of its local community on the east coast of the beautiful Kingdom of Fife, with easy access to Edinburgh, Perth and St Andrews.
We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated General Practitioner to work with a dedicated and supportive Practice Team to provide direct clinical care to patients. Currently we have a list size of 8250 patients however this is about to increase in the next few months, due to a list distribution of a nearby practice.
The vacancy is for approximately 6 months starting June 2023 and for 4 sessions per week. The practice currently use EMIS and DOCMAN and the appointment slots of 15 minutes are a mixture of face to face and telephone consultations.
Our practice currently consists of;
6 x GP Partners
2 x Salaried GPs
1 x Nurse Practitioner
3 x Practice Nurses
1 x Health Care Assistant
We have a friendly and dedicated reception and administration team that are very much at the heart of the surgery and are a great support to our clinicians.
The Practice is also complimented by;
Psychiatrist
Mental Health Triage Nurse
First Contact Physiotherapist
Midwife
Community Treatment and Care Nurse
Phlebotomist
Primary Care Pharmacy Team
