We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Team Secretary to provide an efficient, effective and quality secretarial support service to Falkirk Integrated Mental Health Service.
You will have previous experience in a similar post, ideally within a healthcare setting – including fast accurate word processing and IT skills, a knowledge of medical terminology /clinic management and HNC (or equivalent relevant experience). Excellent communication skills and a flexible approach to the challenges of this role are essential.
You should be used to working within a multi-disciplinary team and are able to work on your own, using initiative, as well as to work as part of a team. You should have experience of electronic systems and be able to prioritise tasks to enable you to work within agreed timescales.
To meet the needs of the service the successful applicant may be required to work in a variety of locations when required across Forth Valley. Ability and willingness to travel throughout the area of service delivery is essential for this post.
