The shift pattern for this position is Mon-Fri part time or full time hours will be considered  (Please note the salary is Pro Rata) for part time hours.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced mental health dietitian to join the South Clyde Quadrant Community Dietetic Team, delivering the dietetic service to mental health patients. This post(s) will involve assessment and management of patients referred to the mental health team. Patients are seen in specialist out-patient clinics, own homes and as in-patients. The service covers conditions such as eating disorders, anxiety, bi-polar, addictions and CAMHS.

You will be involved in the supervision, teaching and mentoring of student dietitians.

This post will also  support  planning and delivery of education and training for health care professionals, including medical and nursing staff and staff from other agencies.  This training covers detailed, broad ranging topical nutritional issues covering the entire life cycle.

A BSc in Human Nutrition & Dietetics and HCPC registration are essential. We are a friendly, supportive and forward thinking team. A car driving license is essential. Full-time or part-time hours will be considered.
