We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Receptionist/Clerical Assistant to provide an efficient, effective and quality reception/clerical support service to Falkirk Integrated Mental Health Service.  The post holder will be expected to undertake professional and confidential clerical duties within the unit.

It is essential that you are an excellent communicator with good interpersonal skills, and can work on your own, using initiative, as well as to work as part of a team.  You should have previous reception/customer facing experience and good keyboard skills and be able to prioritise tasks to enable you to work within agreed timescales.   To meet the needs of the service, successful applicants may be required to work in a variety of locations when necessary. Ability and willingness to travel throughout the area of service delivery is essential for this post.

The post holder will have standard grade English and good IT skills or equivalent work experience in an office environment.
