This post requires the post holder to have a PVG Scheme membership/ record. If the post holder is not a current PVG member for the required regulatory group (i.e. child and/or adult) then an application will need to be made to Disclosure Scotland and deemed satisfactory before they can begin in post.
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Mental Health and Learning Disabilities Occupational Therapy rotation. Initially based with the fast-paced older people’s mental health admissions team, we are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and hard-working individual to join our friendly service.
The post holder will have a genuine interest in the clinical areas of the rotation, excellent communication and team-working skills, and the adaptability to establish new skills and relationships in a range of clinical settings.
This post would suit someone who has a passion for assessing, formulating and developing therapy interventions that promote occupational performance and independence.
Professional supervision, training and development are integral to the service.
