We are seeking to employ an enthusiastic, flexible and adaptable Nursing Support Worker to join our passionate Integrated Learning Disability Team based at Arrol Park Resource Centre, Ayr.
Previous experience of working with people with a learning disability and complex needs in a community, in-patient or residential setting is essential.
You will provide an accessible, high quality service to adults age 16 plus in the community following care plans devised by the registered nurses’ within the team.
It is essential that you have good interpersonal skills, well developed IT skills and has an understanding of person centred approaches and the health needs of people with a learning disability.
Evidence of continuous professional development is desirable.
Full driving licence is essential.
