Fixed Term for 12 months

This temporary vacancy is within the NHS Lothian Weight Management and Type 2 Diabetes Prevention Service. This post complements the current Adult Weight Management team, part of the large multidisciplinary Weight Management Service, linking with relevant local council authorities and agencies.  The post holder will have responsibility for provision of weight management support to adults, working within the NHSL Weight Management Service. It is an exciting opportunity, for a dietitian who has a keen interest in weight management and diabetes prevention to become a valued member of the wider multidisciplinary team.

We are strongly committed to training and support for CPD and clinical governance, with a supervision framework, annual appraisals, peer support and training opportunities to further develop clinical skills.
