Where to find us
Vacancies exist within Health Record Services. We are looking to recruit Health Records Assistants to join our team which provides a comprehensive health records service to NHS Forth Valley patients and staff. Working in this extremely busy and, at times, physically demanding post requires an enthusiastic and flexible approach as our staff is often required to cover a wide range of duties.
For some posts there may be a requirement to work a rotational shift pattern, which would cover day, back or night shift if required.
Ideally the successful candidates should hold the Institute of Health Record and Information Management (IHRIM) Certificate of Technical Competence (CTC) and the ECDL or be working towards these qualifications. In addition previous health records experience including the use of a computerised patient information management system is desirable.
Informal enquiries are welcomed by Stewart Shedden, Health Record Services Supervisor on Tel: 01324 566251 or Frances MacDonald, Health Record Services Supervisor on Tel: 01324 566259
The duties of this post require the successful candidate to complete a Standard Police Act Disclosure Scotland Check.
