​​​​​​​The role of Recruitment Officer supports the Recruitment team to deliver high quality, professional recruitment guidance to NHS Highland managers and administer the process of recruitment for all directly employed roles.

You should have a full understanding of the recruitment function and have proven administrative experience working within a recruitment / talent service environment.

You must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, online systems and Email applications.

You should have the ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.  Excellent organisational and communication skills are essential.
