An exciting opportunity has arisen withn the Mains Care Home for a highly motiviated and experienced registered nurse.
Role includes responsibility for the clinical care he/she provides within the care home. Ensuring quality and standards of care are implemented as agreed with the Care Home Manager.
To act as a named nurse for deligated group of residents. Planning implementing and evaluating individualised programmes of care ,including the delivery of high standards of care to the residents and support for families. For further information see job description.
